Many of these conditions are the body’s inability to adjust to climate changes. Join Margabandhu in this special workshop to learn how to counteract these conditions. In this workshop we will be working with specific postures and techniques to alleviate the symptoms. The workshop will include herbal formulas for each condition as well as reflexology and acupressure.
