Cultivating A Regular Practice
  
Try to cultivate a regular practice of meditation. Our lives are full of tasks and duties. They can crowd out our time in meditation. Try to make a little room for your own health and peace every day. 15 or 20 minutes a day can do wonders. Think of it as a personal retreat, a time to pamper yourself with the peace of meditation. There is no more powerful force in the universe than the mind. A peaceful, clear mind will be your best friend, a restless mind, you worst enemy. Be clear and firm in your resolve to be regular in your practice. The unseen divine Hand will rush to your side to give you the strength you need to carry on. What begins as an exercise in discipline will soon become a joyous daily return to the peace and harmony of your Inner Self.
