Time for Morning Meditation

"If you have trouble getting up early for meditation, make sure that you don't eat too much or too late. Have at least 5 hours between finishing your last meal and going to bed. Also, don't engage in entertainment or diversions that are violent or upsetting. Go to bed with a firm resolve that you will get up at the appointed time and straightway get ready for meditation."
