True Giving
"Giving is the law of Nature. We are built to give. Yet, we don't see true, yogic giving that much. Most of the time, we offer something out of surplus. True giving means it should hurt a little. Then you know that your offer is not just from leftovers. The ego is cleaned of selfishness by that kind of giving. Give of your time, your energy, your talent, your love. Give, give, give. That is Yoga."
