Aspiration and Affirmation
"Your Yoga practice should have a balance of aspiration and affirmation. Affirm your True Nature, that unbounded joy is in you as you, that the peace within is stronger than any challenge that life brings you. At the same time, fan the flames of the heart by sincere prayer. Ask to be used as an instrument of the Divine Will and that every last bit of ignorance is erased from your mind forever."

What a grand way to spend the day! Bring family and friends to join in the festivities!
We'll be having a potluck luncheon, so please bring your favorite vegetarian dish for all to sample, while enjoying YLS's own Priya Dakshina and Narada as they warm our hearts with sweet serenades, moving chants, and festive holiday music. Also, a very special treat. Sri Guruji on drums!
